Introduction
PU sandwich panel is the most popular material in steel structure building, such as office building, warehouse, etc. JF100 PU sandwich panel roll forming machine integrates mechanical, chemical, electric, hydraulic, pneumatic and temperature control technologies. There’s a special device which can inject the foaming material between the upper and lower metal sheet, then will be sent into double crawler belt. The chemosynthesis and solidification are both finished inside the double crawler belt. The cutting is finished according to the length which is set before running the machine. This sandwich panel production line (sandwich panel roll forming machine) adopts non-stop cutting and the cutter will be moved along with the panel.
Working Flow
The working process consists of uncoiling, film covering, cutting, roll forming, pre-heating, foaming, solidification, panel cutting, stacking, transferring and packing.
