Description
RT28 high frequency welded tube mill is also known as high frequency welded pipe making machine or high frequency welded pipe mill. It is mainly used to produce tubes for heat exchanger, refrigerator, frame of car, bicycle, fitness equipment, furniture, cooling machine, petrol transmission, construction industry, etc. This welded pipe making machine or welded pipe mill consists of a complete set of pipe forming machine, rotating capstan, single or double decoiler, straightening machine, shearing and bead weld device, accumulator, tube mill section, flying saw and packaging device.
Working Flow of RT28 Welded Pipe Making Machine (Welded Pipe Mill)

First, the coil is uncoiled and the steel strip is loosened and being transported into the forming machine.

The steel strip is first flattened out and is processed through rollers into the desired pipe diameter.

RT28 high frequency welded pipe making machine then welds, straightens and cuts the pipe into the length set in the automated cutting machine. Then this welded pipe mill transports the finished pipes to the unloading shelf for quality inspection.
